Joseph studied at Edinburgh University and the National Opera Studio. His many recent appearances include Ramiro La Cenerentola (Opéra de Québec, ETO), Almaviva Il barbiere di Siviglia (Longborough Festival); Nemorino L’elisir d’amore (ENO), Aufidio Lucio Silla (Salzburg Landestheater), Tsar The Snow Maiden (ETO), Mordecai Esther (Hallé, Wigmore Hall), Alessandro Il re pastore and Italian Tenor Viva la Diva (Buxton Festival), Orpheus Orpheus in the Underworld (IF Opera), and Toby Robinson Crusoe (West Green House Opera). He recently sang Ramiro La Cenerentola in South Africa and across the UK (Diva Opera) and made his debut for Birmingham Opera Company for RE-WIRE. Previously for MWO: Peasant Leader Eugene Onegin.
