Welsh baritone John Ieuan Jones has appeared with many companies including Welsh National Opera, English Touring Opera, Grange Park Opera, and the National Theatre in London, performing roles from Mozart to Bernstein and beyond. He has been a guest soloist at venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, The Bridgewater Hall, the Perelman Theatre in Philadelphia and Wales Millennium Centre, where he performed alongside Sir Bryn Terfel.
Recent and upcoming highlights include a UK tour of The West End Musicals with the London Concertante Orchestra, hosting and singing at the UK Proms in the Park Tour, Hamlet at the Buxton International Festival, and Bernstein’s Trouble in Tahiti with Mid Wales Opera.
Beyond singing, Ieuan is a regular presenter on Welsh television and a patron of The Joshua Tree Foundation, and has a passion for education and outreach work.
