Sounds of Summer - A garden concert with Mid Wales Opera

Join Mid Wales Opera for their fabulous Friends of MWO concert on Sunday July 23rd in the glorious, Grade One listed gardens of Gregynog Hall near Newtown.

MWO’s annual summer concert is one of the highlights of the season, led by Music Director and pianist Charlotte Forrest and featuring talented young performers from Wales and beyond. It is also a great opportunity to hear about MWO’s touring plans for our 2023/24 season.

The concert will take place on the lawns outside the historic house, starting at 5pm with a picnic interval! If it rains, which we are sure it never does in Montgomeryshire, the concert will be held in the Music Room at Gregynog. Tickets numbers are limited by the Music Room’s capacity so book soon!
