Mae gan Jana, soprano a aned yng Nghanada ac sy’n byw yng Nghaerdydd, gymhwyster BMus (Prifysgol Lethbridge) yn ogystal â MMus (Coleg Cerdd a Drama Brenhinol Cymru).
Mae hi wedi chwarae rhannau sy’n cynnwys Rosalinde Die Fledermaus (West Green House Opera), Violetta La Traviata (New Sussex Opera), Laetitia The Old Maid and the Thief, Nedda I Pagliacci, Tatyana Eugene Onegin, Micaëla Carmen, Gertrude Hänsel und Gretel, La Fée Cendrillon, Mrs. Gobineau The Medium a Pepìk Cunning Little Vixen. Mae Jana hefyd wedi perfformio corws i Opera Canolbarth Cymru, West Green House Opera, ac Iford Arts (2019 New Generations Young Artist). Ar y gweill mae rhan Fiordiligi Cosi Fan Tutte (Opera on the Move). Mae Jana yn astudio gyda Nuccia Focile.
Only a few months ago we thought Mid Wales Opera was finished. Now, thanks to a funding lifeline from Powys County Council, we are within touching distance of having a sustainable plan to keep on producing live and local opera across Wales for at least three years.
